How to dance Salsa?

Sai & Deanne teach salsa Mondays and Fridays at the Pineapple Dance Studios, Langley Street in Covent Garden, as well as Thursdays in the Bray & Maidenhead Sports and Social Club in Bray Road, Bray Village, Berkshire.  Absolute beginners to Salsa are welcome to their classes. The emphasis has always been about fun, meeting new people, keeping fit and getting to learn about the Latin American culture, as well as other cultures.  Since the classes are ongoing, you do not need to pre-book nor do you need a partner to join.

Mondays       Address

Aimed at beginners and improver Salsa dancers.  A relaxed and fun class focusing on Cuban style covering all the essential fundamental salsa steps including warm up exercises using body isolations as well as Salsa warm ups and a warm down at the end of class. Sai & Deanne concentrate on basic timing, techniques, lead and following. No need to bring a partner.

An exciting Dance Class with a club to match.  There are 4 levels of classes, from beginners to advanced (Sai, Deanne teaching Int/Adv with Clayton & Debbie (Beg/Imp) followed by a club dancing until 11pm with DJ Sai.  This is a fun, friendly class with a great buzzing vibrant club atmosphere. No need to book.

Fridays       Friday Fever  
The original flagship class, consisting of 4 levels, aimed at beginners, improvers, intermediates right through to advanced level. This fun, energetic class begins with 2 warm ups. The class is then split into four levels for freestyle footwork, followed by partner work, for improvers to advanced level.  A fun and rewarding class consisting of 4 levels. Taught by Sai, Deanne, Newton Bomb and Rana. Fun, friendly atmostphere. No need to bring a partner
